God

Is Allah a moon god?No. The Qur'an forbids the very worship the charge describes. It tells people not to bow down to the sun or the moon, but to bow down to Allah (﷾), who created them.

Jesus

If I become Muslim, do I have to give up Jesus? No. A Muslim must believe in Jesus. Islam keeps what Christians love in him: his virgin birth, his miracles, his mercy and his return before the end.
Do Muslims believe Jesus will return?Yes. Muslims believe Jesus was never killed. God (﷾) raised him up alive, and he will come back before the Last Day.
If forgiveness needed the cross, why did God wait so long to send Jesus?God (﷾) did not need to wait, because He never needed a death in order to forgive.
Did Jesus say he would return while his disciples were still alive? The New Testament Gospels say he did, but Islam teaches that these dated words cannot be his.
If sin is inherited, did Jesus inherit it through Mary?By the doctrine's own logic, he would have. Many Christians hold that every child inherits Adam's sin.
What did Jesus say is the first and greatest commandment?Jesus said the first commandment is "Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord".
Does the virgin birth make Jesus God or the Son of God?No. A birth without a father is a miracle, and a miracle does not make a man God.
Did Jesus know when the Day of Judgement would come? No. Jesus said himself that he did not know when the Hour, the last day, would come.
What did Jesus mean by 'take up your cross and follow me'?He meant: carry your own burden, and follow my example. Jesus said that whoever does not take his cross and follow him is not worthy of him.
Is Isaiah 7:14 (Immanuel) a prophecy about Jesus? No. The sign in Isaiah 7:14 was given to King Ahaz about seven hundred years before Jesus.
Why do the Gospels have Jesus ask God why He has forsaken him?On the Gospels' own account, it is the cry of a man who did not know why he was left.
What did Jesus say we must do to have eternal life?Keep the commandments. A man asked Jesus what good thing he must do to have eternal life.

Whatever came before is forgiven

If you become Muslim, your past sins are wiped away. When Amr ibn al-As came to accept Islam, he held back his hand until he knew he would be forgiven, and the Prophet (ﷺ) asked him whether he did not know that Islam wipes out everything that came before it. The Qur'an promises more: for the one who repents, believes and does good, God changes his bad deeds into good ones.

What happens to my past sins? The shahada
